The rooftop offers fine views, great for morning coffee. Loved the close proximity to attractions and well-equipped room.

Comfortable room with a bathroom and great balcony, for instance. Very good breakfast with boiled or scrambled eggs and great hot chocolate, for example, awesome location.
Cold breakfast.

For anyone thinking about this
An really good stay with a amazing location! Just a few minutes to iconic sites like the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Rooms are spacious, especially the family option. The staff is friendly and eager to assist. It's ever so good to hear street musicians from the balcony. A few street noise issues, but worth it!

Location just Super!!! All major sights are nearby. The bed, although not large, but comfortable, slept well (but maybe it's because of the fact that they are tired). Refrigerator in the room. The staff is generally friendly.
I got reviews (almost all positive) and was very disappointed with the hotel room. Part of our room (room 120) was occupied by a shower next door, the sound insulation is just no, so when someone washed there the noise was incredible (see photo). The window mechanism did not work when the window was closed, then the lower part of the window, if you pull it, quietly moved away from the frame, not fixed (it's good that it was warm weather, at least it was not cold), so the room was very noisy, because the windows overlook a pedestrian street, by the way, what would you understand, I understood that the windows of all rooms overlook the very busy pedestrian streets. Wai-Fai did not catch us in the room, although when we left the room, he started to work, when we went to the reception, we either did not understand or pretended not to understand, well, we spit on this case, thought that three days we would live without the Internet, connected to the restaurants. Breakfasts are monotonous, made of hot, only omelette, everything else is the same every day, a couple of slices of meat and cheese, yogurt, tea, coffee, juices, fruit, and sweet, croissants, cakes, muffins, but basically enough.

Here's why it's a mixed review
The location is superb, just minutes from top attractions and right on the Via del Corso! Breakfast had a good range, setting up my day perfectly.
Some rooms are small and could have benefitted from updates. I noticed odors and issues with air conditioning that detracted from my comfort.

A good sized room in an excellent location. Friendly multilingual staff. Nice big bathroom.
The central heating was unbearably hot. We had to sleep with the window open to the street noise.

It's a great location. Pleasant responsive staff, speaking several languages, not Russian yet) Helped carry the suitcases. Allowed to choose a room, we looked at 3, all rooms are very different, in the end, one we were given was the best. room is clean, Room was clean, we have everything we need. Cleaning was done every day, we did not see the staff banging vacuum cleaners and shaking rags. bed linen and towels (Egyptian cotton) are perfectly clean and white. It was chilly outside, room was well heated through the air conditioning. They turned it off because it was getting very hot. windows of the room went outside on the 1st floor. We were worried at first that it would be noisy, street was busy. you're more likely to hear your neighbours than the noise from the street - two separate frames provide excellent protection from all the noise. Breakfast on the covered veranda in the courtyard "well", not very varied, we had enough. Freshly sliced pineapples and fruits as well as small croissants were particularly delightful. Many different jams and yogurts. Delicious real espresso and cappuccino should be ordered from attentive and lovely waiters. If you ask just for coffee, bring an iron kettle with a drink, perhaps Americano, also may be soluble, I do not understand. There is an elevator; on TV - "First" channel; in the bathroom: a shower cap, napkins, shoe sponge, plastic cups, shower gel-shampoo in one bottle Fragonard. In those few days while we were there repaired and opened the bar for tea-coffee, probably did not have time to come in) but it was cozy.
I loved it. There could be a variety of cheeses and meat products, the good in Italy is enough. Perhaps we could add some olives. Arrange croissants with and without filling in two different dishes. It would be good to add slippers to the room. You can hear a little of the neighbors.

We had a marvelous stay with a spacious room that had a fabulous bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the breakfast spread was a delightful way to start our day! The open terrace was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. There were charming spots nearby to grab a quick bite. The only downside was a minor plumbing smell we noticed occasionally, but it didn't ruin our overall experience. 😊

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. Our room was quite large with a terrace overlooking Via del Corso, the view was magnificent. The hotel's location makes it an obvious choice for those who would like to explore the city on foot.

Had this small hotel with a rooftop terrace , what a view ! The staff, especially Simone, were great, giving me tips and smiling every single time.
It wasn't inexpensive , yet still acceptable for the experience we got.

Very good location. the very, very center of Rome. all the main attractions are within 5 minutes walking distance. The Colosseum is a 15 minute quiet walk. Even the Vatican can be reached in 40 minutes but it is better to take a bus which goes directly from the hotel to the Vatican ticket offices. Very friendly staff met on arrival, immediately gave the keys and room. room for two small size with a compact double bed. shower quite spacious. clean towels for body and face, hair dryer shampoo, soap. very good water pressure and good hot water. Generally very nice room for a couple . clean with good soundproofing. In the room mini bar with drinks - water juice beer at a price of 2 to 6 euros per bottle. small plasma TV with satellite channels. in general, very much as described in the buking ... dining room is quite comfortable under a glass roof . breakfast is very rich and delicious ( juice . dairy products, yoghurts, ham, sausages and cheeses. scrambled eggs or omelets and fresh fruit pineapple melon ... lived for 6 days were satisfied ... taxi to the airport 50 euros and it does not matter that two of us and two suitcases called a Mercedes Vito . very convenient and comfortable full price - quality .
room window overlooked a lively, small, beautiful street so that if the window was closed, noise did not disturb but it was stuffy in the room and air conditioner I did not understand if it worked or not, so periodically opened and closed the window.

The very first impression, and one which stayed with us for the full time we were there, was how friendly, helpful and efficient were the welcoming staff. The hotel is in a superb location being within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and Piaza Spagna. The hotel room was immaculately clean and well-serviced. We were recommended this hotel by friends who had previously stayed there and we would thoroughly recommend it to any other traveller to the Eternal City.
